February 2016 Update

Before I let you know what the new songs for this month are, I want to let you know about are last event: Tsunacon 2016. It was a fun event, we have been there several years now. Last year we have asked for a bigger room and they supply us with one YAY. Unfortunately... We still need a bigger room XD. As said we had fun providing our typical karaoke service and we are looking forward to the next time.

Soramimi @ Tsunacon 2016

Now that we have a confirmation, we can announce the first convention of 2016 where we will be going providing karaoke: Tsunacon at Rotterdam. Please check their site for information and tickets.

Tsunacon 2009

Hey all,
it might be a bit late, but the SMM crew would still like to wish you all the best for 2009.
This Sunday, Power2All and I attended Tsunacon, a new one day event. Huge responsibility for us, as it was the first time without any of the founding/senior members accompanying us and Power had to supervise the DDR. After some minor technical difficulties, we could finally begin when the crowd started swarming to the dealer/event room. The playlist slowly filled itself as the requests started pouring in, with many a song that had not been heard since the heyday of the orange jump suit ninja, as well as some oldies that never cease to go out of style.
Luckily, I had some very pleasant gophers to keep me company as well as making sure everything was running smoothly whilst I took a gander at the other sights.
All in all, there was a very good time to be had at the convention and hopefully it will be even better next time around.
