Hi all! We had a blast at this year's J-PopCon in Valby! We met so many of our good friends from Denmark and we karaoke'd till we dropped, till over 4AM on Sunday morning.On Saturday we did a little experiment, where we only took one hour of requests and let these finish before we got an hour of new requests. In this way we hope everyone gets a chance to do some karaoke without the machine going up to over 2 hours of material. We think it worked out pretty wel, despite people queueing up for a whole hour! We're gonna try it again some time we think, but make sure we have better places for people to queue. What did you think of this method? Let us know!
When it got less busy we opened up for good, and we karaoke'd till the morning.

The line was quite annoying both for people standing in it and behind it, so you might want to find another method or disallow queuing up once the hour is filled.
It was still better than the free-for-all on friday where you couldn't get a spot at all if you didn't register within the first 15 minutes.
